In order to minimise the downtimes of your plant, programming tasks can also be carried out outside normal working hours.
You do two shifts -> we are programming at night. You do three shifts -> we are programming on Saturday, Sunday or Friday.
So you receive a well-engineered programme of highest quality at low downtimes and optimal programming.

Together, we control the programme regarding quality, quantity, welding sequences or downtimes and try to optimise it according to your needs and requirements.
Even the best programme cannot do everything!
Based on our experience we know, following the start-up of a production run and repeated course of a programme problems can occur. Through dimensional tolerances and search respectively travel response of the plant, errors can appear, resulting in quality deviations.
As the robot programmer is not able to include all eventualities when creating a programme, we offer an adjustment service for such cases. In case of errors after programming, being caused by the programme itself, we offer a lower tariff on readjustment.
Types of systems:
As ROPROG is represented by one programmer for the time being, our offer is initially restricted to robot plants produced by the companys CLOOS and ABB.
But we are confident to expand our offer in future.
